Other trips may have to be canceled for reasons of force majeure not attributable to IVO LOBO TOURS, resulting from the current context of COVID-19, such as for example the impediment to tourists from entering the destination country or the lack of conditions on the ground that allow operationalize the trip according to IVO LOBO TOURS standards.
These trips will be highlighted in the list of canceled trips and the conditions described below apply.
In the context described above, affected travelers will be able to transfer their registration to any other trip that has available seats dated until 31 Dec 2022.
Alternatively, they can choose to save 100% of the amount paid in credit to sign up for any trip with available seats dated until 31 Dec 2022.
If the trip has not yet been confirmed (because it has not reached the minimum number of registered participants) and is canceled due to the impact of COVID-19, the conditions described above will apply.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, the amounts paid are non-refundable in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
If the date changes, the conditions set out in the Withdrawal item will apply, in which the amounts paid are not refundable in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
In case of trip cancellation, we advise you to contact the airline with which you booked your international flights for information on rescheduling and refund conditions. We are available to support you during this process, although contact with the airlines, travel agency and / or insurance companies depends on each traveler.
Yes. Within the scope of the impact of COVID-19, IVO LOBO TOURS will be able to define necessary changes to the program, in order to ensure the expected safety conditions and quality standards. Any significant changes will be communicated directly to travelers and referred to in the above list of Travel with Changes.
No. In some cases, there may be changes to the original program with regard, for example, to accommodation, transportation, experiences or itinerary, but the concept and spirit of the trip remain the same.
Sometimes, yes. There are new rules for the frequency of closed spaces and public transport, which require the use of a mask. These measures and others of social distance will be adapted to the legislation in force in the destination country and according to the evolution of the pandemic.
Airlines have implemented procedures to ensure the health and safety of passengers traveling and limit the spread of COVID-19. Measures of social distance and hygiene and respiratory etiquette include, among others, wearing a mask at airports and on board aircraft, temperature controls at airport entrances, online check-in, limited meal and beverage services and limited luggage hand allowed. We recommend that you consult your airline for more detailed and specific information about your flight.
In the two weeks prior to the trip, we advise the recommendations and good practices indicated by DGS to reduce the risk of exposure to possible contagion from COVID-19.
As with any other contagious disease that is manifested during the trip, local health care will be activated, in accordance with the policy in force in the country and with the recommendations of the World Health Organization.
